Which plans and add-ons are there, and what do they cost?

A LetsBot subscription is a plan plus at least one add-on, depending on what you need. The prices below are monthly, in US dollars, and include 15% VAT.

Plans

• Starter: $6.35 — up to 5 users and 12,000 messages.
• Basic: $24.99 — up to 10 users and 75,000 messages.
• Flex: $59.98.
• Professional: $99.99.

Add-ons

• Interactive AI bot: $54.99.
• Live Chat (a shared inbox for your team): $69.99.
• Group (bulk) messages: $24.99.
• API + MCP (Claude, ChatGPT and more): $69.99.
• Store add-ons (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe): prices in the add-ons catalogue.

How to subscribe or add an add-on

1. In the menu open Plan & billing → Plans (/panel/v2/plans) and click Subscribe.
2. For add-ons open Plan & billing → Add-ons catalogue (/panel/v2/addons) and click Add to plan.
3. On the Order Summary page you can change the period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual). If you have a coupon, type it under "Do you have a discount coupon?" and click Apply.
4. Click Go to Payment Page and choose a payment method.

What happens next?

Once paid, the subscription and add-ons work right away. Your subscription details and renewal date are in Plan & billing → Subscription (/panel/v2/subscription).
