How do I connect my store (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo) to LetsBot?

Once your store is connected, your customers automatically get WhatsApp order status messages and abandoned cart reminders, and your team and the AI assistant can see orders and products. Every connected store appears in Integrations → Connected stores.

Salla

Install the LetsBot app from the Salla app store. The Salla menus then appear: notification templates, notifications, abandoned carts and cart reminders.

Zid

Install the app from the Zid app store. You get the same features; if the link drops, use Reconnect in the Zid menu.

Shopify

Install the app from the Shopify App Store, then open Connect store (/panel/v2/shopify/connect) to finish.

WooCommerce

1. Open Connect store in the WooCommerce menu (/panel/v2/woocommerce/connect).
2. Type your Store URL and click Connect WooCommerce.
3. You go to the WooCommerce admin to approve access, then come back automatically.

Odoo (beta, free for a limited time)

1. Open Integrations → Odoo → Connect store (/panel/v2/odoo/connect).
2. Choose the hosting (Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server) and type your Odoo address.
3. In Odoo create an API key: your avatar → "My Profile" → "Account Security" → "New API Key", name it LetsBot, and paste it.
4. After the automatic check, choose what to sync.

Odoo versions 16 to 19 are supported, and Odoo Online needs Odoo's Custom plan. The integration is free during the beta, and we will announce prices before any change.

Only the account owner can open the connect pages.

What happens next?

Orders and customers start syncing. Turn on the notifications you want from the store's menu, and check each template's text before you enable it.
