How do I delete my LetsBot account?

The account owner can delete the account at any time, even with a paid subscription. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Steps

1. Sign in as the owner and open Settings → Delete account (/panel/v2/settings/account/delete).
2. Click Delete my account and pick a reason if you like (optional).
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tick the box that you understand it is permanent.
4. Click Delete permanently.

What gets deleted

• The account and its sign-in, and your workspace address.
• The WhatsApp channel (disconnected first).
• All data: contacts, messages and conversations.

Data is erased within 30 days, and backup copies expire within a further 30 days. You receive a confirmation email.

Subscription and payments

• A card subscription is cancelled immediately on deletion, with no further charges.
• Deleting does not refund past payments; for refunds write to support@letsbot.net.
• If you subscribed through Salla or Zid, also cancel it in that platform's app store.

What happens next?

The workspace is removed at once and cannot be restored. To come back later, create a new account.
