How do I check, reconnect or disconnect my WhatsApp connection?

Where to see the status
Open Channels → Channels. The WhatsApp card shows one of: Not connected, Connected (QR), Connected (Official), Disconnected (Official) or Connection unstable. For the quality of an official number open Channels → WhatsApp account health.
Reconnect
- Unstable QR link: click Refresh status. If it does not come back, click Relink with QR and scan again.
- WhatsApp removed the linked device: a banner shows Reconnect WhatsApp; click it and scan the code.
- Access revoked at Meta (official): grant LetsBot access again in Meta Business Manager, then click Reconnect the channel.
Disconnect
- On the WhatsApp card click Manage, then Disconnect.
- For an official number, confirm with Disconnect the number.
What happens next?
After disconnecting, messages stop arriving and sending stops. A QR link needs a new scan. An official number needs Meta's window again; past chats are not copied a second time, while message templates and billing at Meta stay as they are.
